Stage in Style LLC guides you in all aspects of your Staging or Interior Redesign Project! We work as a team to repurpose and redesign your home using your existing items and by adding rental or new items purchased. This is an all-inclusive personally designed package based on your needs and budget and is especially useful for sellers and homeowners who do not have the time or ability or energy to complete the Staging on their own.
You get:- Initial Visit – Stage in Style LLC will personally complete all step by step forms of each room including the exterior and take "before" photos.
Time: approx. 1 hour - Proposal Review – A written comprehensive proposal in binder form will be presented that details the Staging Plan, including:
- Room by room furniture placement
- Window treatment suggestions
- Color selections of paint
- Furniture rental suggestions
- New item purchases recommended
- List of commitments for you to complete prior to Staging Day
- We will review the Proposal in detail and decide together what parts to implement. Time: approx 2 hours*
- Staging Day – Stage in Style LLC does the work and you have the day to attend to all your other activities! We repurpose, rearrange, and Stage your house from top to bottom. If furniture rental is part of the plan, it will be delivered at that time. When you return, your house will be Staged and Ready to Sell! Time: approx. 8 hours*
- In addition, Stage in Style LLC will:
- Return prior to one Realtor Caravan to "tweak" your house so it looks great
- Return prior to one general Open House to be sure everything looks just right
- Provide Tip sheet to follow every day your house is on the market

Following your Action Plan created at the Consultation, Stage in Style LLC will do a Check-up, tweaking here and there where necessary. This is especially useful right before photos are taken for your listing brochure, the Realtor Caravan or Open House.

We all need a little help sometimes, and shopping for furniture or lighting or accessories or whatever can be downright intimidating. Stage in Style LLC will accompany you to assist in selecting everything from new counters and tile to furniture, lighting, and accessories.
